Dr. ML Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director (C&MD), has professional experience of more than 45 years in running Industries in Private Sector. With an extensive professional experience in fertilizer industry, Mr. Gupta is well conversant with various issues related to the industry. As a team leader, he encourages interaction among team members for better exchange of ideas, which results in higher productivity in the organization.
