Due to immobilization of phosphate by mineral ions such as Fe, Al and Ca and organic acids,the rate of available phosphate in soil is well below plant needs. Chemical fertilizers are also immobilized in the soil, immediately so that only 20% of added fertilizer is absorbed by plants.PSB converting insoluble phosphatic compounds such as rock phosphate, bone meal and basic slag particularly the chemically fixed soil phosphorus into available form. Such organism not only assimilates phosphorus but also cause a large amount of soluble phosphate to be released in excess of their own requirements and saves P2O5 up to 30 – 50 Kg/ ha. Phosphorus solubilizing activity is determined by the ability of microbes to release metabolites such as organic acid (lactic acid, malic acid, gluconic acid, fumaric acid, succinic and acetic acid). APPLICATION

Seed Treatment

Prepare a solution of 125 gm. aof jaggery (gurh) in one litre of water and mix one packet (200gm.) Samndhi Phosphate Solubalizing Bacteria to form a slurry. Sprinkle this slurry over the seeds required for one acre of crop, mix thoroughly and shade dry the seeds before sowing

Seedling treatment

Prepare a thick mixture of 2 pockets (400 gm) of Samndhi Phosphate Solubalizing Bacteria in 20-25 litre of water in big flat container. Dip the roots of seedlings in it for 1/2 hr and then transport them in field.

Soil Treatment

Mix 5 packets (1000gm) of culture powder in 50 kg. of F.Y.M./Vermicompost/Nadep compost/Soil & spread in one acre field at the time of last ploughing before sowing or with the first irrigation.

APPLICATION

Seed Treatment

Prepare a solution of 125 gm. aof jaggery (gurh) in one litre of water and mix one packet (200gm.) Samndhi Phosphate Solubalizing Bacteria to form a slurry. Sprinkle this slurry over the seeds required for one acre of crop, mix thoroughly and shade dry the seeds before sowing

Seedling treatment

Prepare a thick mixture of 2 pockets (400 gm) of Samndhi Phosphate Solubalizing Bacteria in 20-25 litre of water in big flat container. Dip the roots of seedlings in it for 1/2 hr and then transport them in field.

Soil Treatment

Mix 5 packets (1000gm) of culture powder in 50 kg. of F.Y.M./Vermicompost/Nadep compost/Soil & spread in one acre field at the time of last ploughing before sowing or with the first irrigation.

TRICHODERMA VIRIDE

Trichoderma viride is a fungus which also acts as a biological fungicide. Its fungicidal activity makes it useful as a biological control against plant pathogenic fungi. Now a days,It is commonly used as an effective seed dressing and soil treatment product to encounter seed and soil borne fungal diseases. It fills up maximum space available and takes up maximum nutrients which due to which pathogens go through starvation and competence for space. The Hyphae of Trichoderma wrap around the pathogen fungi and penetrate through it. This parallyses the cell wall of these pathogens thus the invading fungus eventually collapse and disintegrates.

Trichoderma viride releases Cellulase and Chitinase enzymes at the target site which dissolves cell wall of pathogenic fungi and bacteria. They also secrete enzymes which inactivates metabolism in pathogens and increases plants growth stimulating substances resulting in a long lasting effect against pathogens. It is found naturally in soil and is effective as seed dressing in the control of seed and soil-borne diseases including Rhizoctonia solani, Macrophomina phaseolina and Fusarium species.

EFFECTIVE AGAINST DISEASES:-

METHODS OF APPLICATION AND DOSAGE:-

  • Seed Treatment – Mix 8–10 gm. Samridhi Trichogold in 50 ml. of water and applied on 1 kg of seed uniformly. Shades dry the seeds for 20–30 minutes before sowing.
  • Seedlings Treatment – Dissolve 500 gm. W.P Samridhi Trichogold in 50 lit. of water, Dip seedling roots for about half an hour in the suspension and transplant immediately.
  • Nursery seed bed Treatment – Mix 500 gm Samridhi Trichogold in 10 kg of well decomposed Fym/Compost/Vermi compost and broadcast in 400 Sq.mt. area and incorporate in soil up to 15–20 cm depth.
  • Soil Drenching – Mix 1. – 2 kg Samridhi Trichogold in 200 lit. of water and drench the soil in 1 acre.
  • Horticulture crops – Mix 50–100 gm. Samridhi Trichogold per plant in sufficient quantity of well decomposed FYM/Vermi compost/Compost/field soil and apply the mixture in effective root zone of fruit tree. Dosage will change depending upon age of the crop.


Compatibility:-

  • Compatible with organic manures and bio-fertilizer.

Acetobacter is an obligatory aerobic nitrogen fixing bacteria which is capable for nitrogen fixing in roots, stems and leaves of sugarcane plants. It produces growth promoting substances as IAA (Indole Acetic Acid) and GA (Gibberllic acid) that promote root proliferation and increase the number of rootlets, resulting in uptake of mineral, phosphate solubilisation and water which promote cane growth and sugar recovery in the cane. While all nitrogen bacteria contain nitrogenous in order to utilize atmospheric nitrogen gas as a source of metabolic bio-synthesis, different nitrogen fixing microorganism and protect the oxygen – sensitive microorganism oxygen in different ways. Acetobacter has symbiotic relationship with many different plants like sugarcane and coffee by colonizing their internal tissues to promote the plant growth. Acetobacter apparently responsible for this N2 fixation associated with the plants, has unique physiological properties such as tolerance to low pH, and high sugar and salt concentrations, lack of nitrate reductase, and nitrogenase activity which tolerates short term exposure to ammonia.

Method of application and dosage:

·         Sugar cane set treatment – Mix Acetobacter 1.0 lit. per in 100 lit. Of water for sugar cane sets dipping about 15 – 20 minutes before planting in the field.

·         Soil application – Mix 500 – 0 lit. Acetobacter per acre in 50 kg well rotten FYM/compost/ vermi compost/field soil. Apply this mixture at the time of planting and also use 55 – 60 days old sugarcane crop in furrows during earthling up operation.

·         Drip Irrigation – Where drip irrigation is being used mix 500 – 1000 ml Acetobacter in 200 lit.of water and apply through drip in 1 acre.Foliar spray – Mix Acetobacter 5 – 10 ml per lit. of water for foliar spray in standing crop at evening or early morning time to get better results.

SAMRIDHI TRICHODERMA is a carrier based biofungicide containing viable spores hyphal propagules of Trichoderma.This fungal antagonist have shown considerable potential in controlling certain serious diseases likr root/stem/collar rots,damping off and wilts of groundnut,cotton,chickpea,sesamum,moong urad beans,pigeon pea,soyabean,ginger etc.

MODE OF ACTION:

The fungus Trichoderma multiplies fast on root exudates produces antibiotics and enzymes that kill the pathogens in the rhizosphere protects the host plant.Further,it produces certain organic acids with solubilize fixed phosphate and increases its availability to plants.

APPLICATION:

SEED TREATMENT:
 Samridhi Trichoderma dry formulation is applied for dry seed treatment @ 4-8 gm/kg of seed. The formulation contains adequate adhesive to stick eith the seeds in desired quantity.

TUBER/RHIZOME TREATMENT: These can also be treated with dry powder of the biofertilizer @ 10gm per kg of the tuber/Rhizome.

SEEDLING TREATMENT:Put 10 gm of Trichoderma per litre of water required and shake well and dip the roots of seedlings for 30 mts before transplantation.

SPECIAL FEATURE:
