NEEM OIL 500ppm
Neem Oil is a chemical compound belonging to the limonoid group also present in neem seeds commonly used as BioInsecticide. Neem seed kernel decoction and neem leaf powder decoction have been used by farmers in India for centuries for protecting crops against pests. It disrupts the growth cycles of insects and stops them from feeding on plants. This effect is due to its interference with the pathogens neuroendocrine system.
It produces a hormone due to which antifeedant action is seen. It also causes inhibition of chitin synthesis. Azadirachtin is used to control whiteflies, aphids, thrips, fungus gnats, caterpillars, beetles, mushroom flies, mealybugs, leaf miners, gypsy moths and others on food, greenhouse crops, ornamentals and turf.

METHODS OF APPLICATION AND DOSAGE:-
Foliar application : Mix Neem Oil (500) 1-2 ml/ L of water and spray on crop canopy. The spray volume depends upon the crop canopy. It is recommended that Bio-Pesticides are sprayed in early hours of morning or late afternoon for better results. UV radiation in peak sunny hours of the day may reduce the bio efficacy of Bio-Pesticides.

BACILLUS THURINGIENCES
Bacillus thuringiensis (BT) is a naturally-occurring, spore-forming, soil-dwelling bacterium which is used as biological pesticide. BT occurs naturally in the gut of caterpillars, on leaf surfaces, aquatic environments, animal feces, insect-rich environments, flour mills and grain-storage facilities. BT experiences sporulation when their are limited resources. During sporulation, many BT strains produce crystal proteins (proteinaceous inclusions), called endotoxins that have been known for decades to display insecticidal action against some insect groups.
The endospores are released through sporulation upon contact with the insect after spraying. This process includes ingestion of the Crystal protein by a vulnerable insect, solubilization, and processing from a protoxin to an activated toxin core in the insect's digestive fluid. This results in cell parallysis and eventually death of the insect. Time taken for the occurrence of death is dependent on the presence of specific receptor sites on the insect's gut wall.This has led to their use as insecticides and more recently to genetically modified crops using BT genes, such as BT corn.

BEAUVERIA BASSIANA
Beauveria bassiana is a entomopathogenic naturally-occurring fungi which is used as biological insecticide throughout the world. As a species, Beauveria bassiana parasitizes a very wide range of arthropod hosts. Beauveria bassiana infects all stages of insect, including eggs, larvae, pupae, grubs, nymphs, hoppers and adult. As soon as the fungus comes in contact with pathogen, it starts penetrating the cuticle and germinating inside the insect body resulting in death of the pathogen. Beauveria Bassiana is an entomopathogenic fungi that causes white muscadine disease in a range of insects including whiteflies, aphids, thrips, grasshoppers and certain types of beetles. METARHIZIUM ANISOPLIAE
Metarhizium anisopliae is a naturally-occurring soil fungus used as biological insecticide that infects and kills root grubs , termites , ants , locusts and many soil insects. It infects all the stages of insects including eggs, larvae, pupal, nymphal and adult’s. The conidial spores enters the host through pores of its sense organs and start germinating. It starts producing swelling in the germ tube and deriving nutrition from the host.The fungus then produces a lateral extension of hyphae inside insect body which starts feeding on insects internal contents. It also producse secondary metabolites that helps the fungus overcome the host defences. After consuming internal contents fungus breaks out of insects making the insect appear fuzzy.
It infects the insect on contact and does not need to be consumed by the host to cause infection. Metarhizium anisopliae starts multiplying due to availability of moisture and target pests. Metarhizium Anisopliae, formerly known as Entomophthora anisopliae , is a fungus that grows naturally in soils throughout the world and causes disease in various insects by acting as a parasitoid.
The fungal genus Metarhizium is both entomopathogen and endophyte, they are found in soil, insects and they are able to colonize roots of a variety of plants, resulting in increased plant growth and providing increased tolerance against pests and diseases.
MODE OF ACTION:

VERTICILLIUM LECANII
Verticillium lecanii is a fungus that can act as a parasite of insects and kills or seriously disables them. Verticillium lecanii produce toxins called bassianolide and dipicolinic acid which have insecticidal properties. It infects all the stages of insects. Insects are infected as soon as they come into contact with the sticky fungal spores which then grow and invade the body causing combination of chemical, mechanical, water loss and nutrient loss effect leading to their death.
