Pseudomonas Fluorescens is a biological fungicide, bio nematicide and a Plant growth promoting rhizosphere bacteria (PGPR). It belongs to the Pseudomonas genus.
Pseudomonas enters the plant vascular system, reach various parts of the plant system and act as a systematic biocontrol agent against various bacterial and fungal diseases.
They help in uptake of nutrient and also produce plant growth promoting substances.

It is also used to suppress the soil borne diseases caused by pathogens. They are well adopted in soil and foliar spray, and enhance plant growth along with yield. Iron chelating siderophore antibiotic, hydrogen cyanide and lytic enzymes (Cellulase, Chitnase and protease) produced by Pseudomonas help in lowering of pathogens and they improve resistance offered by plants to pathogens.

PSEUDOMONAS FLUORESCENS

Pseudomonas Fluorescens is a biological fungicide, bio nematicide and a Plant growth promoting rhizosphere bacteria (PGPR). It belongs to the Pseudomonas genus. METHODS OF APPLICATION AND DOSAGE:-

 

• Seed Treatment – Mix 5–10 ml Samridhi Bio Mildew in 50 ml of water and applied on 1 kg of seed specially tuber crops uniformly. Shade dry the seeds for 20–30 minutes before sowing.
• Seedlings treatment – Dissolve 250 ml Samridhi Bio Mildew in 50 lit. of water, Dip seedling root for about half an hour in the suspension and transplant immediately.
• Nursery seed bed preparation – Mix 250ml Samridhi Bio Mildew in 10 kg of well decomposed FYM/compost/Vermicompost and broadcast in 400 Sq.mt. areas incorporate in soil up to15–20 cm depth.
• Drip Irrigation – Mix 750–1000 ml Samridhi Bio Mildew in 150-200 lit. of water and drench the soil in 1 acre.
• Horticulture/Vegetable crops – Mix 250 ml Samridhi Bio Mildew in 100 lit .of water and drench the soil near the root zone up to 15–20 cm depth for collar rot control with high volume sprayer without Nozzler or big Nozzler.

TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM

Trichoderma harzianum is a fungus that is also used as a fungicide. It is used for foliar application, seed treatment and soil treatment for suppression of various disease causing fungal pathogens. It is also used for manufacturing enzymes. This fungi follows a process mycoparasitism in which The Hyphae of Trichoderma grow on other pathogenic fungi, coil about them in a lectin mediated reaction, and degrade cell wall of the target fungi.

Trichoderma Viride is a fungus which also acts as a biological fungicide. Its fungicidal activity makes it useful as a biological control against plant pathogenic fungi.
Now a days,It is commonly used as an effective seed dressing and soil treatment product to encounter seed and soil borne fungal diseases.
It fills up maximum space available and takes up maximum nutrients which due to which pathogens go through starvation and competence for space.
The Hyphae of Trichoderma wrap around the pathogen fungi and penetrate through it. This parallyses the cell wall of these pathogens thus the invading fungus eventually collapse and disintegrates.

Trichoderma Viride releases Cellulase and Chitinase enzymes at the target site which dissolves cell wall of pathogenic fungi and bacteria.
